PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination therapy in which one or more other therapeutic agents are administered with a peptide epoxyketone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.SOLUTION: In the combination therapy according to the present invention, the one or more other therapeutic agent is selected from an HDAC inhibitor, an antibiotic, a taxane, an antiproliferative/antimitotic alkylating agents, a platinum coordination complex, a steroid, an immunomodulator, a topoisomerase inhibitor, an m-TOR inhibitor, and protein kinase inhibitors.
