PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument fixing a plurality of auxiliary rods and strengthening the force of fixing/reinforcing bones.
SOLUTION: The medical instrument supports a plurality of auxiliary rods to be inserted into a bone for treating the bone. The medical instrument includes: a body portion having a slide hole extending in the longitudinal direction and a plurality of body insertion holes into which the plurality of auxiliary rods are respectively inserted a movable portion having a plurality of movable portion insertion holes into which the plurality of auxiliary rods are inserted as well as the body insertion holes, and slidably disposed in the longitudinal direction inside the slide hole and a moving means for moving the movable portion relatively to the body portion with the plurality of auxiliary rods inserted into the plurality of body insertion holes and the plurality of movable portion insertion holes respectively. In the inserted state, edges in the longitudinal direction of the plurality of body insertion holes and the plurality of movable portion insertion holes which are relatively moved by the moving means are disposed in matching positions in the longitudinal direction to abut to the auxiliary rods.
