The present invention relates to a dust collecting filter having a photochemical reaction function for a bad smell removing device. More specifically, in a housing which has a metal net formed on the front surface, a first non-woven member and a second non-woven member, a high-voltage electric wire having a dust collecting function between the first and second non-woven members, and a rear metal net are combined.
