PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for estimating a feeling which are capable of measuring biological information by changing a stress of a subject, and reflecting a personal difference of the subject on the estimation result.SOLUTION: A feeling measuring portion 11 outputs the feeling information by measuring the feeling of a subject 2. An estimating portion 12 of behavior-dependent feeling estimates the feeling based on the voice signal of the subject 2. A biological measuring portion 13 measures the biological information of the subject. A specification portion 15 of communication quality outputs a direction for deteriorating the communication quality to a control portion 1a of communication quality. An assumed result by the assuming portion 12 of behavior-dependent feeling and a measured result by the biological measuring portion 13 are tied and memorized in DB14.
