Disclosed herein are methods and compounds for treating an individual diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML) by administering to the individual a combination comprising ibrutinib and Abexinostat. Also provided are methods for treating an ibrutinib-resistant CLL or an ibrutinib-resistant AML by administering to the individual a combination comprising ibrutinib and Abexinostat. Further provided are methods of reducing the development of ibrutinib resistance in an individual having either CLL or AML or preventing the development of ibrutinib resistance in an individual having CLL or AML by administering to the individual a combination comprising ibrutinib and Abexinostat.Linvention concerne des méthodes et des composés permettant de traiter un sujet chez lequel a été diagnostiquée une leucémie lymphoïde chronique (LLC) ou une leucémie myéloïde aiguë (LMA) grâce à ladministration audit sujet dune combinaison comprenant de librutinib et de labexinostat.
