PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of correctly evaluating change between a postoperative shape and a preoperative shape of an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: first acquisition means for acquiring a two-dimensional tomographic image of an eye to be examined first calculation means for calculating a preoperative shape of an eye to be examined based on a two-dimensional tomographic image of the eye to be examined before operation which is acquired by the first acquisition means second calculation means for calculating a postoperative shape of the eye to be examined based on a two-dimensional tomographic image of the eye to be examined after operation which is acquired by the first acquisition means and third calculation means for calculating a deviation amount between a reference axis determined from the two-dimensional tomographic image of the eye to be examined before operation, and a reference axis determined from the two-dimensional tomographic image of the eye to be examined after operation, based on the calculated preoperative shape and postoperative shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検眼の術前形状と術後形状の変化を正確に評価する眼科装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼科装置は、被検眼の2次元断層画像を取得する第1取得手段と、第1取得手段で取得される術前の被検眼の2次元断層画像に基づいて被検眼の術前形状を算出する第1算出手段と、第1取得手段で取得される術後の被検眼の2次元断層画像に基づいて被検眼の術後形状を算出する第2算出手段と、算出される術前形状と術後形状とに基づいて、術前の被検眼の2次元断層画像から求められる参照軸と、術後の被検眼の2次元断層画像から求められる参照軸と、の間のずれ量を算出する第3算出手段と、を備えている。【選択図】図5
