In pregnant woman in period of 27–28 weeks they determine the nature of lateral behavioral profile of asymmetries and placental lateralization. When determining the ambidextral behavioral profile and the ambitalateral location of the placenta, the level of cortisol in the venous blood is additionally examined and when its value is established from 795 pg/ml and more, it is predicted that vegetative regulation in the postpartum period is impaired.EFFECT: method allows to assess the vegetative status and adaptive potential in the postpartum period by determining the lateral behavioral profile of asymmetries and the level of cortisol in the blood in pregnant women.1 cl, 4 ex
