By letting (a) geranylgeranylacetone (GGA) and (b) a retinal disease therapeutic drug (other than GGA) coexist in an ophthalmological composition, side effects, such as conjunctival hyperemia and/or corneal disorders, caused by said (b) retinal disease therapeutic drug (other than GGA) are suppressed. Further, the clouding of the ophthalmological composition and the adsorption of GGA onto containers are suppressed.
