PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester which does not lower a front reaping unit, even when detecting the dent portion of a field, and can surely avoid that the front reaping unit is thrust into the field.
SOLUTION: In the combine harvester having control means for controlling a reaping height, when high reaping detection information deviated from a prescribed range is detected with one reaping height detector 36, the reaping height control is switched into a reaping height control using the other reaping height detector 37, and a reaping height control for lifting the front reaping unit is executed, only when detection information for lifting the front reaping unit is detected, and when the reaping height control is executed on the basis of the other reaping height detector and when detection information based on one reaping height detector 36 is returned within a prescribed range, the reaping height control is executed on the basis of the detection information of only one reaping height detector 36.
