PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at improving downsizing of a pharmaceutical drug preparing apparatus regarding the apparatus that dissolves an injection drug corresponding to medical purposes, for example, a powdered anti-cancer agent, into an infusion liquid or a solution and injects them into a bag used for an intravenous drip or the like.SOLUTION: The invention, for achieving this aim, includes: a body case 1 in which a preparing chamber 5 and a working chamber 4 are partitioned by a partition plate 6 a set mechanism 7 provided in the working chamber 4 for setting at least either one of a vial 2 or a syringe 3 a conveyance mechanism 8 for conveying the vial 2 or the syringe 3 set in the set mechanism 7 to the preparing chamber 5 and an articulated robot arm 14 provided inside the preparing chamber 5. The partition plate 6 is provided with an opening 11, and a rotatable opening and closing plate 12 is provided in the opening 11.
