Additionally, the pitch adjustment unit utilizing a ratchet structure design is used in the middle of the fixing frame the ratchet design has a forward-rotation switch and a backward-rotation switch when forward rotation is enabled, the fixing frame is driven to lift the front wheels of the wheelchair from the ground, and a fixing bolt is used as an assurance device that ensures the fixing during movement when the backward-rotation switch is on, the front wheels of the wheelchair can be lowered to the ground. In the present invention, the clip structures at the two ends of the fixing frame enable rapid assembly with and disassembly from a wheelchair.
