The present invention relates, in some embodiments thereof, to systems, devices and methods allowing for an engagement of two or more vessels or devices in a decontaminated manner. In some embodiments of the invention, the systems and devices of the invention include a first connection interface attached to a first vessel having a spring and/or valve mechanism and a second connection interface attached to a second vessel, wherein the first connection interface and the second connection interface are configured to allow for an engagement between the first vessel and the second vessel, and wherein the first and second connection interfaces are further configured to externally displace from the engagement between the first vessel and the second vessel while a hermetically sealed connection is maintained between the first vessel and the second vessel.Selon certains de ses modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne des systèmes, des dispositifs et des procédés permettant de mettre en contact, de manière décontaminée, deux récipients ou dispositifs, ou plus.
