The excreta-handling device, which sprays rinse water sent from the water supply pump (39) of a water supply unit (25) into a main diaper cup body (10) to rinse the urinary organ and excreta, suctions the waste using the working airflow of a suction motor (31), separates and stores the excreta and rinse water and purifies only the working airflow to return and circulate same to the main diaper cup body (10) using a suction circulation tube (50), is configured so that: the suction circulation tube (50) is led from the discharge side of the suction motor (31) to a cooling unit (55) provided on the outside of the apparatus-housing box (12) and said suction circulation tube (50) is cooled inside the cooling unit (55) by heat exchange with external air and is then led back to a return box unit (27).
