The invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for non-invasive determination of the microcirculation parameters in the fingers. The method is based on generating the fluxes of red and infrared radiation atandwavelengths. The fingers of the left or the right hand are exposed to these generated fluxes within the specified time. The light radiation is absorbed by non-oxidized hemoglobin and melanin. The outputs of the reflected and weakened fluxes of red and infrared radiation are transformed atfrequency to the voltages and amplified in turn. The signals are detected synchronously. The differential signal of the commutation frequencyis separated, averaged abs used for governing the current Iand/or Iaffecting the output of said fluxes of the optical radiation. The current is changed until the equal outputs of reflected and weakened fluxes atandwavelengths, i.e. untilwhereinand– transmittance coefficients of the reflected fluxes of the optical radiation,,,i– the steepness in transducing the currents into the outputs of the fluxes of the atandwavelengths. The outputs of the fluxes are recorded within the specified time. Then the finger is exposed to the instant limiting pressurefor interrupting blood flow, and within the specified timethe instant values of the output differential signal from the thumb and the second finger are measured. The finger is exposed tofor a priory specified time. Then the pressure is abruptly withdrawn. This state is maintained withinallowing for restoring the capillary and venous blood flow to the stationary levels. The flux outputs within the timeare transduced into the informative signalsandreflecting microcirculation in two microcirculatory beds.
