PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorber manufacturing apparatus that can efficiently form airflow from a grinder to a fiber accumulation machine in a duct while preventing pulp fibers from being derived to the outside.SOLUTION: An outlet 5b for deriving pulp fibers from a casing 5 is formed in a portion of a range in the rotation direction of a rotary blade 6 in a casing 5. A base end 8 of a duct 4 has circumferential walls 11 mounted to the casing 5 so as to surround the circumference of the outlet 5b.
