According to the present invention, disclosed is a skin care and color makeup information providing method including: a step of setting skin analysis items including skin tone shown by ultraviolet reflection for providing information for personalized skin care and color makeup； a step of obtaining a skin image for a skin analysis corresponding to the items by using a user terminal and a light emitting miller for skin analysis； a step of analyzing the obtained skin image by using an algorithm specialized in analysis of the items； and a step of providing information about a skin care and color makeup method for each skin analysis item including skin tone by using the analyzed result.
