A catheter (700, 800, 1206), comprising: a rod with a distal (808, 906, 1004, 1208) and proximal (1006) ends, while the distal end contains a transducer module with at least one capacitive grating micromachined ultrasonic transducers (308, 402, 404, 500, 512, 600, 604, 802, 1008) with an adjustable focus for controlled heating of a given zone (806, 1014, 1210); and - a connector (1012) at the proximal end for supplying at least one array of capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducers with electrical power and for controlling an adjustable focus, the transducer module being at least partially flexible. 2. The catheter according to claim 1, in which at least one lattice of capacitive micromachined ultrasound transducers is located on a flexible material. The catheter according to claim 1, wherein the transducer module comprises at least two gratings of capacitive micromachined ultrasound transducers, and the catheter further comprises a flexible element (803) between at least two capacitive micromachined transducers. The catheter according to claim 1, wherein the catheter further comprises a mechanical drive device (812, 814) for at least partially adjusting the adjustable focus by deforming the transducer module. The catheter according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the distal end has an elongation, and wherein at least a portion of at least one lattice of capacitive micromachined ultrasound transducers is oriented so that a predetermined area is located adjacent to the elongation. 6.
