PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation, a skin whitening agent, an anti oxidant, a matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) production inhibitor and a Testosterone 5&alpha-reductase inhibitor, which are characterized by inclusion of poliumoside.SOLUTION: The poliumoside has excellent anti-oxidant effect, MMP production inhibiting effect, melanogenesis inhibiting effect and Testosterone 5&alpha-reductase inhibiting effect, and also is excellent in stability.
