PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out a filter to outside of a casing.SOLUTION: A casing 10 has a cover part 11 provided at the right end on the front side, and openings 12, 13 formed on the left side of the cover part 11. An active species generation unit 30 is housed in a recessed housing portion formed in the cover part 11. A front panel 20 attached to be openable and closable relative to the casing 10 has a panel part 21 closing the openings of the casing 10, and a duct part 22 attached to the reverse side of the panel part 21. The panel part 21 and the duct part 22 are integrated together, and the duct part 22 is moved together with the panel part 21 by opening the front panel 20 relative to the casing 10.
