The present disclosure is related to a device for the non-invasive intracranial surgery by thermal ablation through an arrangement of semispherical-polyhedron in phases of ultrasound flat transducers generator. Comprises: a power source, a multichannel signal generator, an array of ultrasound transducers, and a deformable membrane filled with water as an interface between the transducer array and a patient's head. The array of ultrasound transducers is characterized in that the array is polyhedron-semispherical and in which the vibrating surface of each of the transducers is flat with polygonal geometry, of equal or approximately the same surface area. The geometric center of the plane that describes the vibrating surface of each transducer is tangential at a point to the sphere described by the main radius of the array, which is measured from the center of the sphere to the center of the plane that describes the vibrating surface of each transducer. The main radius of the arrangement is greater than the distance measured from the geometric center of the arrangement to the surface of the patient's skull. The main radius of each and every one of the transducers is of the same length. The transducers are separated from each other by a sound wave absorbing material, which has a semispherical configuration with a radius greater than the main radius of the array, so the array is called semispherical-polyhedron. When operating two or more transducers with a frequency between 0.5 and 1 MHz and a total acoustic power between 650 and 2624 W, the device generates high intensity focused ultrasound, causing the acoustic waves to pass through the patient's skull and when spread through the brain tissue, produce a high acoustic pressure within a spherical focal region.
