A mobile equipment with signal transmission function is applied to obtain feature information of a subject when a health care worker takes care of the subject. The mobile equipment includes a mobile body, a transmission module, a storage module and a processing module. The transmission module is disposed in the mobile body, and used to transmit a feature signal representing the feature information of the subject. The storage module is disposed in the mobile body, and used to store the feature information corresponding to the feature signal. The processing module is connected to the transmission module and the storage module. The processing module is used to receive the feature information from the storage module, convert it into the feature signal and transmit the feature signal via the transmission module. Alternatively, the processing module is used to convert the feature information into the feature signal or the feature data, and transmit it via the transmission module or store it into the storage module.
