Vacuum dressing sealed by an adhesive film to which is coupled a suction tube connected to a vacuum pump, said dressing comprising an external layer of foam with open pores and an internal component of variable permeability, characterized in that it constitutes a large integrated dressing incorporating a drainage device comprising tubes with a plurality of holes at the ends thereof, one end being inserted in the external layer and the other end in the operative plane.
