The present invention relates to an organic sulfur feeding method for feeding an optimal level of organic sulfur to laying hens of 27-54 weeks of age. Feeding a feed containing organic sulfur equivalent to 0.4% of the total weight of laying hens feed to the laying hens increases an economic value of the laying hens in a point of view of productivity, egg quality and immunity ability of laying hens throughout the 27-54 weeks of age.본 발명은 27~54 주령의 산란계에게 최적의 수준별로 유기황을 급여하기 위한 유기황 급여 방법에 관한 것으로, 산란계의 사료 총 중량의 0.4%에 해당하는 유기황이 첨가된 사료를 산란계에 급여함으로써, 27~54 주령 전반에 걸친 산란계의 생산성, 계란 품질, 및 면역 능력 등의 관점에서 산란계의 경제적 가치를 상승할 수 있다.
