PURPOSE: A leg holder is provided to facilitate storage and use thereof by reducing the volume thereof. CONSTITUTION: A leg holder comprises a lower support, a pair of installation stands(100) which is vertically extended from the upper part of the lower support and comprises a vertical bar which is formed with an upper loop and a lower loop, an upper rod(200) which is penetratingly coupled with the upper loop of each installation stand, and a lower rod which penetratingly coupled with the lower loop of each installation stand.본 발명의 지압 및 마사지가 가능한 다리 거치대는 하부받침대와, 상기 하부받침대 상측에서 수직방향으로 연장형성되되 상부고리와 하부고리가 형성된 수직바로 구성되는 한 쌍의 설치대와, 양단이 각 설치대의 상부고리에 관통결합되는 상부봉 및 양단이 각 설치대의 하부고리에 관통결합되는 하부봉을 포함하고, 상기 하부받침대는 역삼각형으로 이루어지되, 일측의 빗변이 타측의 빗변보다 길이가 긴 것을 특징으로 한다.이를 통해 본 발명은 지압 및 마사지 요법으로 만성 피로를 해소할 수 있고 남녀 누구나 쉽고 편하게 안전하게 어디서나 즐겁게 사용할 수 있으며 건강 보조 도구로서 널리 쓰일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
