PURPOSE: A novel benzamide derivative and a 5-HT_4 receptor antagonist containing the same are rpvodied to ensure 5-HT_4 affinity and to treat diseases related to 5-HT_4.CONSTITUTION: A novel benzamide derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formual 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof comprises: a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 2 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a compound of chemical formula 3 under the presence of a base； and a step of introducing the compound of chemical formula 3 on a piperidine first amine site of the compound of chemical formula 2 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to prepare the compound of chemical formula 1.
