An endoluminal prosthesis includes a support structure including a curvilinear portion (85) having a first strut (82) and a second strut (88) that meet at an apex (83). Disposed on the support structure is an anchor (120 220 320) with an anchor body (125 225) and one or more barbs (121a, 121b 221a, 221b 326) extending outwardly from the anchor body (125 225). The anchor body (125 225) can fit at least partially about, and can conform to the first strut (82), second strut (88), and the apex (83). A curved portion (134 234) of the anchor (120 220 320) and the curvilinear portion (85) of the support structure can be co-formed, resulting in a secure interference fit so that welding, soldering, or other joining mechanisms can be avoided. Cutouts (150 250 260) can be formed along the curved portion (134 234) of the anchor (120 220 320) to relieve stress or strain during the co-forming process.
