A cannula and method for tracheotomy patient respiratory muscle exercise extubation are disclosed. The cannula comprises a cannula body. The cannula body comprises a cannula head (1) and a catheter (2) which is connected with the cannula head (1). The cannula head (1) is a three-way pipe, at one end of which is arranged a cannula cap (3). A catheter head (5) connected with the catheter (2) is arranged at another end of the cannula head (1). Another end of the cannula head (1) is a passage (6) connected with trachea incision position of a patient, and a channel (4) connected with an oxygen-supplying catheter is arranged on the catheter (2). During usage, volume of the whole cannula of the patient is increased step by step, namely dead space volume of the patient is increased, and the patient is enabled to gradually exercise endurance of the respiratory muscle. The cannula is removed and the trachea incision is sealed when the patient can breathe by bearing dead space volume load of about 150 ml so as to recover the physiological status. The method is simple and has high practical value. The method can truly evaluate whether the patient can realize real pipe-pulling, thereby success rate of rescue is improved, and the last procedure of rescuing the critical patient is completed, so that the patient can return to normal state.La présente invention concerne une canule et un procédé dextubation pour exercice des muscles respiratoires chez un patient ayant subi une trachéotomie.
