PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric working vehicle that enables more improved consumption of regenerative electric power for avoiding over-charge of a battery.SOLUTION: An electric working vehicle includes: an electric motor unit having multiple motors； a motor control unit 50 for adjusting electric power from a battery 20 by controlling an inverter, and supplying it to the electric motor unit； a charging control unit 53 for controlling the charging and discharging of the battery 20； a battery state detector 9 for detecting a state of the battery 20 comprising a charging rate of the battery 20； and a regenerative electric power detector 6 for detecting the generation of regenerative electric power.
