PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart an image display function to a 3D probe.SOLUTION: A transducer unit performs a mechanical scan in a case of the 3D probe. The transducer unit is equipped with a light-emitting element row 20 in addition to an array transducer. The light-emitting element row 20 comprises a plurality of light-emitting elements 20a arranged in an electronic scan direction. In each position of the mechanical scan, a display based on different line data is performed, and as a result, a two-dimensional image as an after image appears on a film abutting on a living body.
