A method of treating cancer in a patient comprises immortalizing B cells collected from the patient by infection with Epstein Barr virus, transforming the cells to a latent stage, culturing the cells in the presence of a cancer antigen, harvesting exosomes released from the cells, administering the exosomes to the patient.
