A new and distinct Calibrachoa cultivar named ‘；DCALILYLOW’； is disclosed, characterized by a semi-trailing plant habit. Plants produce an abundance of large dark yellow colored flowers. Plants begin flowering early, have strong branches and are day length neutral. The new variety is a Calibrachoa, normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
