An intelligent hydroponic cultivation control system includes a culture unit and a regulation unit. The culture unit contains a nutrient solution and is planted with at least one planter. The regulation unit includes a control module, at least one sensing module electrically connected to the control module, and a plurality of regulation modules controlled by the control module. The regulation modules store different adjustment liquids respectively. The sensing module is used to detect the nutritional condition of the nutrient solution, and feed back to the control module. The control module controls one or more of the regulation modules inject the adjustment liquids into the culture unit to maintain or change the nutritional conditions of the nutrient solution.
