PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device capable of preventing execution omission of image processing.SOLUTION: A medical image display device includes a specification part 111, an execution state determination part 112, and a management part 115. The specification part 111 specifies image processing of which execution is requested in an examination based on examination reservation information input when the examination is requested. The execution state determination part 112 determines an execution state of the image processing specified by the specification part 111 based on the information on a medical image, in response to a display request for the medical image acquired by the execution of the examination.
