This invention provides a fragrance diffusion structure device, which comprises: a container that receives and contains therein a fragrant liquid； a main shaft, which has one end disposed in the container and dipped in the fragrant liquid； and a capillary suction layer disposed on an outer surface of the main shaft. With the aforesaid constitution, the capillary suction effect caused by the capillary suction layer on the fragrant liquid can suck the fragrant liquid along the capillary suction layer and move the fragrant liquid on the main shaft for volatilization to the exterior space.
