PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for bone restoration.SOLUTION: A device and a method for bone restoration are provided. The device and method may comprise a step for, transmitting a mechanical load from a first bone fragment to a second bone fragment. For example, the first bone fragment may be positioned on a bone end part. The second bone fragment may be positioned in a diaphyseal region of a bone. The bone fragment positioned on the bone end may be separated from the bone fragment in the diaphyseal region of the bone, because of bone fracture. The bone fracture may interfere transmission of the load from the bone fragment on the bone end to the bone fragment in the diaphyseal region of the bone.
