The present invention provides an intraoral inspection apparatus for dental use which is capable of distinguishing and detecting more kinds of diseased sites and the like with one apparatus.The intraoral inspection apparatus comprises: a light source unit 11 which is provided with color-producing light sources 14 capable of inducing fluorescent lights from diseased sites by irradiating an oral cavity a wavelength adjusting device 16 which is provided with a first filter 19 that transmits, among the fluorescent lights, a light having a wavelength of a fluorescent light from a predetermined diseased site and blocks or attenuates a light having a wavelength other than this wavelength, and provided with a second filter 20 that transmits, among the fluorescent lights, a light having a wavelength of a fluorescent light from a diseased site different from the predetermined diseased site and blocks or attenuates a light having a wavelength other than this wavelength and an imaging device 21 which receives the fluorescent light transmitted through the first filter and the fluorescent light transmitted through the second filter, and converts them into electrical signals.
