Said frame comprises at least one lengthwise side member. Bush is fixed on the spar by means of the primary suspension containing the elastic element. Suspension provides the frame with possibility of vertical displacement relative to axle box axle. Elastic element is located between platform connected with journal box and bearing surface connected with frame.
