PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorbent packaging application tool in which until percutaneous absorbent is manufactured and then used, moisture is prevented so as not to damage performance of a fine needle under a hermetically-sealed condition, its hygiene is kept, the damage in a process of transportation is prevented, and the percutaneous absorbent can be pressed vertically and easily against the skin by one hand when the percutaneous absorbent is applied.SOLUTION: The percutaneous absorbent packaging application tool has: a percutaneous absorbent application tool which has a support rod having an orthogonal and flat tip surface with respect to a length direction, percutaneous absorbent whose back surface is made to adhere to the tip surface, and a guide cylinder that stores the support rod so that the support rod slides in the length direction and that has a flange orthogonal to the length direction at the tip part； and a packaging container which is autonomous and flexible, covers the whole percutaneous absorbent application tool, and seals the percutaneous absorbent application tool.
