PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster and a sustained-release composition continuously releasing a necessary amount of nicotine and having high safety to human body.SOLUTION: The plaster is provided with a supporting member, a drug-storage layer obtained by impregnating a mixed liquid composed of nicotine and a resin compatible with nicotine in a substrate laminated on the supporting member, and an adhesive layer formed on the drug-storage layer.
