The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising superoxide dismutase 3 (SOD3)-overexpressed, cord blood stem cells as an active ingredient for prevention or treatment of atopic dermatitis. The composition according to the present invention exhibits an inhibitory effect against the degranulation of mast cells, which play as a core etiological factor in atopic dermatitis and as such, can be advantageously used to prevent or treat atopic dermatitis.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant des cellules souches de cordon ombilical à surexpression de superoxyde dismutase 3 (SOD3) en tant que principe actif pour la prévention ou le traitement de la dermatite atopique. La composition selon la présente invention présente un effet inhibiteur contre la dégranulation de mastocytes, qui jouent le rôle d'un facteur étiologique central dans la dermatite atopique et, en tant que telle, peut être avantageusement utilisée pour prévenir ou traiter la dermatite atopique.본 발명은 슈퍼옥사이드 디스무타아제 3(superoxide dismutase 3, SOD3)를 과발현시킨 제대혈 줄기세포를 유효성분으로 포함하는 아토피 피부염 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 아토피 피부염 병인의 핵심 인자인 비만세포의 탈과립화를 억제하는 효과를 아토피 피부염 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
