The bone screw and plate structure comprising a barrel having a connection potion and an extending portion with a predetermined angle between, a first groove and a first limitation portion both formed on inside wall of the extending portion, a lag screw having close end with a threading screw and a far end with a predetermined length which is disposed in the extending portion reciprocatablely, a second groove and second limitation portion both formed on the far end corresponding to the first groove and first limitation portion for preventing the lag screw rotating in the extending portion, a blade piece having predetermined length disposed inside in the first groove and second groove simultaneously, a compressing screw retaining on predetermined position between of the extending portion and the lag screw, thereby the anti-subsidence dynamic coupling plate be able to increase contact area corresponding with a femoral head and decrease subsidence thereon.一種骨螺釘與骨板結構,包括:一骨板本體,具有一結合部以及與其夾預定角度之一管狀延伸部,一第一長槽與一第一限位部,分別設於該延伸部內壁;一開槽骨釘,其內側端外緣設有攻骨螺牙,外側端具有預定長度,並以可往復移動之方式穿置於該延伸部內部;其上設有一第二長槽與一第二限位部,且分別與各該第一長槽與第一限位部對應,各該第一、第二限位部係用以防止該開槽骨釘於該延伸部內部轉動;一阻力刃片,具有預定長度與寬度,且同時穿置於相互對應之各該第一長槽與第二長槽之中;一固定螺釘,以其內側端與該開槽骨釘之外側端螺接,而外側端則留置於該延伸部之外側端。各該構件之配合不但使該結構易於組合,且施用於股骨頭之骨折處時,可以增加其與股骨頭內部間之接觸面積,俾降低該股骨頭之沉陷量。1‧‧‧骨板本體2‧‧‧開槽骨釘3‧‧‧阻力刃片4‧‧‧固定螺釘12‧‧‧結合部14‧‧‧延伸部20‧‧‧攻骨螺牙24‧‧‧第二限位部120‧‧‧穿孔
