PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary device for sole massage which has high safety and achieves smooth rotation.SOLUTION: The rotary device for sole massage is a massage device configured such that a massage ball is rotated by rotating a users foot sole put thereon, and includes: a hard massage ball having a plurality of recesses on the surface a base for housing the massage ball so that the massage ball is partially exposed and rotated and a ball bearing portion provided in the base and supporting the massage ball. The bottom surface of the base may include a non-slip portion.
