This invention presents a fresh-keeping method for bananas by employing zeolites with the addition of palladium (Pd). The method has the following steps: firstly, perform a heat treatment on the Pd-Zeolites secondly, put bananas and the Pd-Zeolites into an airtight container. The method can keep the freshness and effectively extend the storage duration of bananas by decreasing the aging rate of their texture. Moreover, the method will increase economic benefits and not affect bananas’ physiological development and human health.本發明提供一種添加鈀之沸石的組成物,使用於香蕉保鮮之用途。本發明亦提供一種香蕉保鮮方法,其包含下列步驟:令添加鈀之沸石進行一熱處理;以及將香蕉與該添加鈀之沸石置於一容器內之容室中並使該容器呈一密閉狀態,藉以延緩香蕉熟化。本發明之組成物、方法可應用於保持香蕉新鮮度與延緩組織老化,以有效延長香蕉採收後儲藏之時間,其具有不會影響果實生理發育與食用者之身體健康以及提昇經濟效益等優點。
