A blood glucose estimation model generating apparatus according to an aspect of the present invention includes a data acquisition unit for acquiring blood glucose profile data of a user estimated based on a first type spectrum-blood glucose profile relationship model, a second type spectrum measuring unit for measuring second type spectrum data for training of the skin of a user, and a processor for generating an individualized blood glucose estimating model based on the measured second type spectrum data for training and the acquired blood glucose profile data.
