Verfahren zur Herstellung eines ein superabsorbierendes Material enthaltenden Verbundstoffs, welches die Schritte umfasst:(a) Einführen wenigstens eines Partikels wenigstens eines Beschichtungsmaterials, umfassend ein Silicat, unlösliche Eiweiße und Mischungen davon, in einen Gasstrom, wobei der Gasstrom das Beschichtungsmaterial durch eine Zone bewegt, in der ein Assoziationsmittel auf das Beschichtungsmaterial aufgebracht wird；(b) Einführen wenigstens eines Partikels wenigstens eines superabsorbierenden Materials in den Gasstrom； und(c) danach Aufrechterhalten des Gasstroms, bis das superabsorbierende Material mit wenigstens einer ersten Schicht aus dem Beschichtungsmaterial bedeckt ist, wobei das Beschichtungsmaterial in inniger Assoziation mit der Oberfläche des superabsorbierenden Materials ist und sie bedeckt.A method of making a superabsorbent-containing composite comprising the steps of: (a) introducing at least one particle of at least one coating material comprising a silicate, insoluble egg whites and mixtures thereof into a gas stream, the gas stream moving the coating material through a zone, in which an association agent is applied to the coating material； (b) introducing at least one particle of at least one superabsorbent material into the gas stream； and (c) thereafter maintaining the gas flow until the superabsorbent material is covered with at least a first layer of the coating material, wherein the coating material is in intimate association with and covers the surface of the superabsorbent material.
