An der Oberseite des Gehäuses und der Wanne ist ein Trägerring angeordnet, der mindestens eine Aufnahme für eine Patrone mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit aufweist. Ebenso Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Patrone zum Einsetzen in die mindestens eine Aufnahme des Trägerrings mit einem unteren Boden, der zur Innenseite der Patrone nach innen gewölbt ist. Ferner weist die Patrone oben eine Öffnung auf, die optional durch eine Versiegelung verschlossen ist.
