A gum massaging device according to the present invention comprises: a handle in which a head unit is formed at a front end； and a plurality of rolling balls provided in the head unit of the handle to be able to roll. A predetermined number of the rolling balls are aligned in a transverse direction, and a fixing wire fixated to the head unit penetrates through the rolling balls aligned in the transverse direction to be able to roll. Settling grooves are formed on the head unit and allow each rolling ball to be settled. A plurality of recessed grooves are formed on a surface of the head unit, and the rolling balls may be configured to be indented in the recessed grooves to be able to roll. The recessed grooves are formed in a spherical shape, have maximum diameters slightly greater than those of the rolling balls, and have entrance diameters slightly smaller than the maximum diameters of the rolling balls. Therefore, the gum massaging device prevents the rolling balls from escaping while the rolling balls are indented in the recessed grooves. The surface of the head unit, on which the rolling balls are mounted, is formed to be higher than other portions of the head unit. The rolling balls are made of a silicone material which radiates far infrared rays.
