The present invention relates to an implant for a finger joint inserted into a finger bone in the case a finger joint or bone is deformed or fractured. According to the present invention, the implant for a finger joint has first and second members with the finger joint connected therebetween, and the first and second members include: a screw which has a spherical screw head, has a predetermined length, and has a screw thread formed on the surface to be inserted into the finger bone and a link unit which is coupled to the spherical screw head in order to be obliquely connected to the screw in vertical and horizontal directions. The present invention enables the screw, which is to be inserted into the inside of the finger bone, and the link, which is connected to thereof, to be coupled to each other in vertical and horizontal directions at a predetermined angle. Thus, the finger can be aligned and connected, even if the holes formed inside the obliquely-formed finger bone and the finger bone facing the joints are not lined up in a straight line, thereby enabling the formation of holes inside the finger bone and the surgery depending on the alignment of the holes.본 발명은 손가락 관절이나 뼈가 변형되거나 파손된 경우에 손가락 뼈에 삽입되는 손가락 관절용 임플란트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 손가락 관절용 임플란트는, 손가락 관절을 개재하여 연결되는 제1부재와 제2부재를 구비하며, 상기 제1부재와 및 제2부재는, 구형 나사머리를 구비하여 소정 길이로 이루어져, 표면에는 나사산이 형성되어 손가락 뼈 내부로 삽입되는 나사 스크류, 및 상기 구형 나사머리에 결합되어 나사 스크류와 상하좌우로 경사 결합이 가능한 링크부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 손가락 뼈 내부에 삽입되는 나사 스크류와 이에 연결되는 링크를 상하좌우로 일정한 각도로 결합시킬 수 있어, 경사지게 형성된 손가락 뼈 내부는 물론, 관절에 마주보는 손가락 뼈 내부에 형성된 구멍이 일직선으로 형성되지 않더라도 손가락을 정렬하여 연결이 가능함에 따라, 용이하게 손가락 뼈 내부에 구멍을 형성할 수 있고, 구멍의 배향 상태에 따른 수술이 가능하다.
