The present invention relates to eco-friendly sterilizing water containing slightly acidic electrolyzed water as a main component, and a method for sterilizing fresh agricultural products by establishing sterilizing condition using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to eco-friendly sterilizing water ensuring remarkably increased sterilizing and cleansing functions by mixing organic acid with slightly acidic electrolyzed water which is excellent in sterilizing functions and then using the same along with active calcium. The present invention further relates to a method for sterilizing fresh agricultural products, intended to maintain freshness for a long time without harm to human body by washing fresh agricultural products such as fresh vegetables and fruits with the eco-friendly sterilizing water.본 발명은 미산성 전해수를 주성분으로 하는 친환경 살균수와 이를 이용하여 살균 조건을 확립한 신선 농산물 살균방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 살균성이 우수한 미산성 전해수에 유기산을 혼합하고 활성칼슘을 함께 사용하여 살균 세정력을 크게 향상시킨 친환경 살균수와 이를 이용하여 신선채소나 과일 등 신선 농산물을 세척하여 인체에 유해하지 아니하고 신선도가 오래 유지되도록 신선 농산물을 살균처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
