The present invention provides an apparatus for quantitatively and automatically supplying a feed. The apparatus is capable of accurately discharging a predetermined amount of feeds by preventing a feed from being stagnated while a ball for feed stagnation moves up and down in a step in which a blade rotates to discharge the feed. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: a feed storage container having a space formed to store a feed and having a passage part formed at the lower end thereof to discharge the feed； a rotary shaft installed in the passage part of the feed storage container and rotating by the power of a motor； and at least one blade installed with a groove therebetween along the outer diameter of the rotary shaft, rotating by the power of the rotary shaft (24) while the passage part is closed, and discharging the feed by opening the passage part.
